SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Once an order is placed, you will receive email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Processing time, production and delivery differs from a design to another most especially if an item is made to measure.
It is estimated to take as follows to deliver:
UAE : 2 -3 days
GCC countries : 5 -7 days
International : 7 - 14 days
Delivery charges will vary based on location and the charges can be viewed at check out. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.
International Delivery
All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges.
Please note that Custom Offices in some countries may require to provide a form of Identification such as Passport or any Government issued ID before releasing a shipment.
SAYSIRI are not responsible for delays in delivery due to failure in providing the right delivery address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really hope that you're happy with your purchase!

If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from, SAYSIRI, we'll be happy to exchange a product providing it's returned within its 14 days, it is in a fully re-saleable condition, and returned in its original an undamaged packaging.

If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Fast and Easy Returns :
Customers are required to notify SAYSIRI of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment., otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in good condition.

Can I Return the items?
Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not described. Items should be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached. Made to order items are non returnable.

How and Where can I return the item?
We offer reverse pick-up by our courier partners at your doorstep. Kindly send a return request to hello@saysiri.com for the return arrangement,

There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or personalized or made to measure for reasons not due to our error.

It is also not applicable for the items that have been custom as per customer's measurements. The customer takes the entire responsibility of the measurements sent.

Items were sent back without obtaining a return number from us.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (Faulty Goods Only)

Refunds are credited back to the same credit/debit cards.
Refunds for bank transfers will be credited to the same bank account less any applicable bank charges.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.

Once we have received the returned items, please allow seven (7) up to ten (10) working days for our team to do necessary checks and organize for the refund to be made.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Overseas Addresses
Please note that we do not offer our 'free returns' service outside the UAE. However, we will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UAE.
Customs/Clearance Fees
International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
